Attorney Sebree Harris founded The Sebree Law Firm in February 2021, building a practice rooted in excellence, integrity, and client-focused advocacy. He is skilled in Criminal Defense, Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Civil Litigation, representing clients with strategy, empathy, and determination.

Attorney Harris has achieved policy-limit recoveries in personal injury matters, pretrial dismissals with prejudice in criminal cases, and successful outcomes in business and trademark litigation. Known for his persuasive pretrial and trial motions, he approaches every case with thorough preparation and a results-driven mindset.

Before founding his firm, Attorney Harris gained valuable legal experience as a Law Clerk for a Senior Trial Judge in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Criminal Division, deepening his understanding of courtroom advocacy.

Attorney Harris currently serves as an Executive Board Member of the Philadelphia Barristers’ Association, where he remains committed to advancing diversity, mentorship, and access to justice within the legal community.
